(J.R.F Position in Accelerator Based Experimental Nuclear Physics)
Applications are invited for the position of a JRF in Experimental Nuclear Physics to work in a IUAC, New Delhi research project entitled “Study of transfer induced fission with NAND facility”. The experiments will be performed primarily at the IUAC, New Delhi accelerator facility. The selected fellow will also get opportunities to participate in various other experiments of the group. The fellow is expected to work both at Panjab University and various national accelerator laboratories. Further information about the position can be obtained by E-Mail from Prof. B.R. Fellowship: JRF: Rs.25, 000/- Fixed (NET/GATE qualified candidates).
Qualification: The person to be considered for the appointment as Junior Research Fellow must have NET / valid gate score in physics, a first class master degree with a minimum of 55% marks for general category (50% in case of SC/ST/PH) in physics or M. Phil in physics or a related subject. The age of JRF should be below 40 years at the time of appointment.
