Date:17/03/2021 Applications are invited for the one post of Junior Research Fellow with a fellowship amount of Rs.31000 per month plus I-IRA in a DST-SERB Sponsored Project entitled "Functional characterization of linker polypeptides (Lcm) and deciphering roles in photostability of light harvesting complex and energy mediated state transition in cyanobacteria" (Code no. P-07/767) sanctioned for duration of three year. The post is temporary and co-terminus with the project.

Essential Qualification

The candidates should be M.Sc. degree in Botany/Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Life

Science/Microbiology with at least 55 % marks and above. Candidate must have qualified UGC/CSIR-NET or GATE examination. The upper Age Limit is 28 Years (relaxable for 5 years for SC/ST/Physically Handicapped/Female candidates. All things being equal, SC/ST candidates will be preferred as per GOI rules. Candidates with experience of research in the area of the project will be preferred.

Desirable qualifications: if any, hands on experiences in bioinformatics and proteomics tools and techniques.
